Printer Maintenance
To ensure that companies face
the minimum downtime from any IT problems, Porthale provide a range of flexible
On-Site Support Services. We provide industry beating levels of support via a
mobile service team that provides field-based cover on hardware and software
nationwide.
With the Standard 8 Hour 12
Month Contract, we endeavour to have an engineer to your site within 8 working
hours to asses and repair your machine. Once an order is placed with us, please

fax it to 020 8569 1433. We will
be in touch to take the serial number of the machine and then load the machine
details onto our database.
Ad-Hoc Visits
If you require an Ad-Hoc visit to asses & repair your printer, we can arrange
this for you, Our standard call out charge is £250.00 plus any parts that may be
required, this charge includes Labour, Travel & 1 Hour on-site. Any
additional hours are charged at £70.00. You can place a call by

Flexible Agreements
Hardware Support Agreements are individually tailored to our clients' needs to
offer a best value solution which recognises your particular service
requirements. Every contract customer is assigned a dedicated account manager,
who is available to assist with any issues you may have. Our commitment to
customer care has led to extremely high renewal rates for existing contracts.
Time and Materials
If you do not have a support agreement for a given system, we are still pleased
to assist. We have a reasonable price matrix for ad-hoc break fix
maintenance.
National Engineering Team
Porthale offers a tailor made portfolio of response levels on service contracts
with service levels ranging from a two hour response with dedicated spare parts
for critical systems to an eight hour response on less critical equipment.
Multi-Vendor Support
Most companies use hardware from many different vendors and the task of managing
a number of hardware contracts can be a burden. To make life simpler for
companies, Porthale offers support on hardware from every major hardware
manufacturer. Whatever the hardware failure, one call to Porthale will solve the
problem.
Furthermore, all of Porthale's technicians are trained and authorised to the
highest level by the industry's leading vendors, including Microsoft Novell,
Compaq, Dell, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Cisco and 3Com. We are also accredited
warranty providers for Toshiba and HP.
