• Q : What does Standard Delivery mean?
• A : Standard Delivery is normally Next Working Day (so orders placed on a Friday would arrive on the following Monday. Some of our items are held in our European Warehouse and take 2-3 working days to arrive.

• Q : What is the cost for your Standard Delivery?
• A : Standard Delivery is at the cost of £7.95 +VAT

• Q : Will I get a discount on delivery if placing an order for a small item?
• A : We ship only on Courier and do not use Royal Mail or other delivery methods which mean that our delivery cost is a flat rate and not dependant on weight or dimensions.

• Q : Would you be willing to offer me a discount on delivery if I order multiple items?
• A : We are always willing to discount delivery for bulk orders and ask that you email us at sales@porthale.co.uk with the item and quantities you are interested. We can not promise any discounts on delivery but are always looking to help whever we can.

• Q : My delivery hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?
